IN A NUTSHELL: Exactly what you want

Tasmania is fondly known as the natural state and that’s exactly what it is.  With smaller vehicles and local knowledge, our private tour operators are able to provide you with a personalised  experience of Hobart’s wildnerness. For those who prefer to mix it up a little consider waterfalls, wineries, wharves or wildlife (Tasmania after all is the home of the Tasmanian Devil).

Here's a taste of some of the, tailor-made sightseeingshore tours we've helped our satisfied customers design:

Tasman Pennisula & Port Arthur:
Take a drive down the rugged Tasman Pennisula to see first-hand what the First Settlers and convicts endured upon arrival to Australia.  Visit the famous penal colony of Port Arthur with Australia’s  most complete convict ruins, wander the site or take an informative guided tour.  On your return, stop at the Tasmanian Devil Park and view the infamous Tassie Devil  and other Tasmanian and Australian wildlife.  Natural wonders of the area, including the Natural Arch and the Tesselated Pavement are also worth a visit.

Food & Wine Day Out:
Hobart has everything the wine and food buff could ask for.  Wines, cheeses, beers, chocolates, ice creams, cakes, salmon and fruits.  Tell us what would tickle your fancy and we can plan a day around it.  Visit wineries in the Coal Valley region, enjoy a hot steamy pie from a local bakery, tour Cascade brewery the oldest Brewery in Australia, freshly shucked oysters or try local creamy ice cream.

Hastings Caves and Thermal Springs:
For those of you lucky enough to have a late departure time this lesser known natural feature is sure to give you some awe-inspiring moments.  After a 1.5 hour drive arrive to Hastings head underground to Newdegate Cave, the largest tourist cave in Australia to see some spectacular  formations of stalactites and stalacmites.  Afterwards, meander along an easy walking trail through Tasmanian forests to the Thermal Hot Springs and enjoy a dip in the 28C/ 82F waters.
